About Jackie Wilber
Jacqueline R. Wilber, Ed.D. is the Director of the Center for Student and Professional Services at the University of South Dakota School of Education. She has a B.A. in English, a M.Ed. in Teaching & Learning (Specialization in Secondary English Education), an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. She is also an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (e-RYT 500) through Yoga Alliance.
Growing up in South Dakota, Jackie fell in love with schools and libraries at an early age. She began her career in public schools in 2007 and has served as a middle and high school English teacher, Speech & Debate Coach, and public librarian. She sits on the Vermillion Library Board of Trustees and the Kappa Alpha Theta Advisory Board. Jackie contributes to the weekly blog and podcast, Teacher Talk, on South Dakota Public Broadcasting.
